mars bill acceptor "no stacker"

I have 3 Mars series 2000 bill stackers that the acceptor will not recognize. The acceptor blinks a 5 code showing "no stacker".
It looks like the stacker uses a prism to let the acceptor know that the stacker is in place. Is there a way to replace the prism or do I need to get a couple of new stackers?

Yes you can replace the Prism. They are about $5 or $6 apiece. Check to make sure the Prism is in place and clean

Do any Bill Boxes work on this validator? If they don't it could be the sensor on the Stacker assembly.
