Mark Vii (NEW) Jetwash HP Wax issue.

Hey guys. looking for some insight. just installed a brand-new Mark Vii jetwash self-serve system. the HP wax will not draw. i have changed the VFD programming to slow down the pump. I even sped it up. i cannot seem to draw any chemical through the injector. i have replaced the injector. it runs at about 1000 psi and have tried other pressures as well. i am assuming I have too much back pressure from the injector to the nozzle in the bay. I'm just curious if anyone has information on the best steps forward to getting this working. possibly put in a larger size high pressure line out to the bay possible giving us the amount of flow that we would need?

What injector are you using? Are all your other high and low pressure systems working? I would verify the injector size. We run our wax at mid pressure, and are using a red injector 1GPM with tan tip I believe.
