Mac valve Leaking Air

I have mac valves running some doors in my tunnel and they have been leaking a good amount of air through the exhaust valves. I took them apart and cleaned the plunger and surrounding parts but to no avail. Anyone have some how-to's to cleaning these out?

TIA

John

Mac valves are generally not repairable, at least not to any reliability. Just replace it and save yourself some grief.

I had this issue quit often on an iba that has two mounted on the machine. I finally installed a solenoid on the air line that shuts the air off when the wash is not in use. I have not bought a valve since; has saved me a good bit of money.

Be sure you have a good moisture separator on your compressed air line too. Moisture will take out MAC valves if exposed over time.
