What is going on with my printer on my 4000? It started with the occasional hieroglyphic and now it’s full on? Is that a printer problem or a A5000 problem? How do I fix it?

I have a spare A5000 but I'm not sure if that's the issue or the issue is with the printer itself. I was hoping someone has already had this problem and could save me the time of swapping components. I guess I'll just swap printers between my two automatics and see what happens.
