One of my bays keeps stopping at about the windshield on the first pass. When we go to reset, it barely wants to move. Once reset it works fine at normal speeds until it stops again. Customers have told me that it goes really slow until it finally stops. The tires are hard, rollers are only about a year old and seems to work flawlessly most days. It's more consistent under manual mode to run really slow. Could it be an intermitent lost leg of power on the bridge motor? The gearbox isn't making too much noise.

1. You could be single phasing, if the motor is making a humming sound but not moving or moving very slow, if you push the t bar and it moves along normal, check festoon cables.
2. The machine could be moving at creep speed, because of loss of speed reference voltage.
What does the speed controller say when this is happening? this will give you a direction. If it is saying 12 or 16 hz that is creep speed, check your cpu speed controller test under the test menu. (call tech support for more detailed info)
If display says anything higher you may be loosing a leg to the motor, either festoon, or bad connenction in motor or a j box.
