i have a lw 4000 with a docking dryer. this machine will work fine and then generate a 30 pager code, dryer not at home. it seems like the dryer is not releasing at the end of the drying cycle and is being dragged an inch or two when the bridge is returning to the home position. i have replaced the amber relay in the dryer control box and the small triac relay for output y 47. the magnets and targets are clean and free of rust. any other suggestions? thanks

Try reversing the polarity of the magnets by switching the 2 wires where they go into the DC power supply in the J19.
Make sure the dryer is not rolling forward after the wash, some customers put a pop rivit so the dryer roller has a bump to go over. ( I have seen wind thru the bay do this)
Some also put a slight downward tilt on the rails on the dryer end so the dryer rolls towards the exit.
