Lustra 030, 505

Has anyone ever seen an issue with Lustra 030 and 505 combined turning into a green granular substance in soap lines? I have seen this combo used numerous sites but have never seen this occur before. I'm thinking perhaps there is something added to the municipal water supply that is reacting with this combo.

Hard water can cause that on some cheimical lines. Some worse than others

I considered that but what comes off the RO unit is 8 ppm TDS and 1 Hardeness. I wondering if the water treatment plant is using something in the water. Customer did say that the pre-filter for the RO was really dirty when changed a few days ago.

Sure some Municipalities add Ammonia to there chlorine to enhance the strength of it . Ask your local Water Municipal.
