Low Pressure Check Issues!

I’m having a terrible time with check valves, I have had two stick and blow low pressure lines this week. The checks are at the boom in the bay where low pressure ties into my high pressure. The check valves are Deltrol CMMQ20B. Is this the wrong style check to use?

thank you! Do I need to get PTFE or Viton?

I use the PTFE. The Viton and Buna-N o-rings can come off the poppet. The Teflon ones can't, or never have in my experience with them.

I called Kleen, they are out of stock on the PTFE but do have Viton. I'm wondering if I should wait for PTFE now.

They never have enough when I order, but it doesn't usually take long to get them.
