Looking to purchase existing car wash

Hey,
New member here. I am looking to purchase a 2 location in bay automatic car washes. Financials look good, but could use any help I can get from experts. If you were to buy a car wash, what would you look for? Financials, equipments, etc?

For the equipment, get at least one complete inspection of all equipment by a good technician. I've seen more than a few buyers get burned because the financials "looked good" but they were buying a site with equipment at the end of it's useful life.

Gotcha, I will definitely do that and get an inspection. How long does IBA equipments typically last if properly maintained? I'll have to make sure, but I believe they are Autec
