For AMS vendors it's called a helix ejector, I suspect it is a somewhat universal part and would fit any helix.

helps "kick" the product off the helix, reduces the number of hangups/leaners - ie when the top of the product tips out and leans on the glass so it doesnt drop.
I only use them on products that get hung up - some of the larger MF towels, taller products.
