Looking for Manufacturer of Vacuum

Hi.
I bought this vacuum used and cannot seem to locate the manufacturer.

Looking to replace the bags inside, as well as get a cover for the power cord.

There are two bags inside that have some type of spring inside the bag, if that helps.

Looks like a Monorail vac

it looks like a J.E. Adams vacuum, I have on thats very similiar. Kleen-rite carries the bags (VA40010), and may be able to get the other parts you need.
