I am wondering if there is a service technician that someone would recommend for a Ryko Softgloss Maxx. The car wash is located in Downeast Maine, so is there a technician that anyone would recommend in the New England area that we can reach out to?

Those machines are fairly easy to work on. Also they have a rep in this site that has been very helpful to me on my machine. Post any issue maybe their rep will answer here or someone else can pitch in for help
