Looking for a good car wash broker in northeast area to sell a location

I own a two bay automatic car wash site on a busy road in Connecticut. I am looking for good car wash broker or real estate agent to sell my location. Can anyone recommend a good service or individual broker? Particularly one that has had success or experience in selling washes.

If you can't find a broker that specializes in carwash, obtain opinion of value report from carwash consultant to determine market value and then find a commercial broker who specializes in marketing to the region.
