Locating New Employees

Was looking for some feedback please.
Over the years I have gotten employees when needed through either existing employees or posting on Craigslist. Both avenues have kind of dried up.
I am looking for standard tunnel employees not management. What method or service are you using to hire new employees these days?
I appreciate any ideas.

We also use indeed.com. We have noticed that a lot of people don't show up for interviews though.....

how about putting out a a-frame sign or windmaster at your car wash that says "we're hiring." Many of your customers have post high school aged children looking for work. This works well for after school/weekends only employees also.

Contact the local school/college. The guidance counselor may be able to post something to interested students.

Facebook posts are also a good way to gain interest of possible employment.
