Lighted "Traffic Light" Sign

Does anyone know where I can get the old yellow/black plastic traffic light sign. The red lense says stop, yellow, back up and green, go. It is what came with the old Laserwash 4000s. Atleast that is what came with mine. I looked on a few websites but could not locate them. They take a standard 60-75 watt bulb. PDQ has an LED one but it comes as a package and VERY expensive. $3,400.00 Thanks, Bud
 
Southern Pride used these as well. Although they are now out of business, you may still be able to find some parts, and perhaps this light.
 
With a 12" lens you could even have black vinyl letters made to put on them for instructions.
