I use a DIY version for soap at the entrance. Use KR low PH.
One Flo Jet at 15 PSI for supply and a Vac Motor for air.
Low cost product plenty of how. This service is applied on all cars.

I use 3 flojets and hydrominders, pink tip all year except in winter. Comes in thicker so I use a purple or Aqua Tip.

Also, This is a low PH high foaming product.
Everyone gets it! It help me move my starting express wash up a dollar! No complaints.

What is your cost per car?
I switched over to using Mr. Foamer's foaming generators which brought down the cost to 4 cents per application. However, Earl I know you use them as well. Have you noticed any cracks in the plastic housing on the generators?

I have not noticed any cracks , Funny thing. My Generators have the screw on cap at the bottom, When i re did one place my installer said they were upside down because they had trouble with them leaking the other way. I have 3 pairs at 4 locations and no leaks. So, perhaps they had a bad batch here or there. I would ask them to warranty if there were no impacts to the unit.
