Looks great. That's a LONG way around, to stack cars. Wish I had that.

They make a stainless steel replacement bridge that comes plug and play. You just set it on the rails, install the J2 box and go. It takes about a day and a half to change.
The soap is JBS's Compass Line. We have had a lot of success with cleaning using it. It allows us to match the cleaning capability of the local friction machines. It takes regular testing to maintain the cleaning however.
