Where can I find technical information for the laserwash 4000. I am interested in how it works and how to fix.

If you are an owner you can join PDQ's owners group (requires the serial # from your Laser) That will give you access to manuals, technical info, marketing info and a forum that is monitored by PDQ techs.

Where is this owners group and how do I join?

Go to www.pdqinc.com and scroll down the page, close to the bottom you'll see "Operator Community" When you click on that it will ask for login information and there is an option to create a new operator's account. Follow the instructions there.
