I've got an old Laserdri free standing dryer and the motor that oscillates the nozzles has gone out. Any ideas on what I can replace it with? 20210924_150527.jpg 20210924_150646.jpg 20210924_150522.jpg

Those are still available. I replaced one a few years ago. Off the top of my head I think it’s a Bison Motor.

I got my last one from Zoro. My old one looked like yours. It was actually fairly easy to install the new one.

I’m kind of surprised that the motor has last this long. It’s a Dayton #9M855 motor and they don’t typically last that long, especially when it’s covered with rust.

Thanks all for the help.
If I remember correctly this dryer is 17 or so years old. When I bought this dryer a few years ago I was pretty surprised that this little motor was operating. I'm sure it will be a good time removing the set screws and the coupler from the shaft.
