Laser 4000 taking too long to load!

Need to determine whether it's the teller or the L4000 itself.
What type of teller do you have?
Could be one of three things:
Either the L4000 is failing during it's startup test after the wash (Usually caused by a bad loading eye or sonar)
OR
The Wash-In-Use relay in the L4000 is sticking or stuck on and the teller waits until it shuts off or times out
OR
The teller is delaying sending the next car in due to a faulty signal or delay setting
More than likely its the first item. Check your fault history on the L4000

100 enter 1 enter,will show the wash status. At the end of the wash it will go to "wait wheel well" then to "wait eyes clear". You will need to see where it is hanging up. You either have a an issue with your back up loading eyes(or tradle switch ,if you have floor steel), or you have a problem with a t bar eye(most likely front)
Moving on
I would try changing the sheer pin first(arm my be blocking the front eyes).
Next check your " back up loading eyes"( you could wash your car and roll ahead ,and make sure the back up sign comes on.
Next you may need to check the t bar eyes (just look it up under laser faults in your manual under front or rear eyes fail to see the way to test your eyes).
