Laser 4000 entrance timeout

Hey guys hope everyone has a good Thanksgiving. The past week or more my Laser 4000 keeps paging me a entrance trouble timeout code and resets code 55 about 1-2x's a day and I have increased the time to 600 seconds in the parameters from 400 seconds and was wondering what else to look for. when it happens to me its because the customer italking on the phone or texting and doesn't pull in
does it reset itself
check ur camera

Ya it resets itself I don't have a camera on it currently, i have a brand new 16 camera lorex system in the box havnt had time to install it my old system messed up months ago.

Mine did that 1x. It was cause I changed a pkg, & messed up that feature.
