We were having a difficult time trying to troubleshoot a problem last night on our WashWorld iba. At 9:30pm we called WashWorld's after hours service number. One of their top notch techs answered the phone in person and helped us out...I love those guys:)

Good to hear - thanks for posting.

It's posts like this that help many of us make a good decision when it is time to purchase equipment.

Reminds me of the time I called their support on Sunday morning. The guy couldn't fix my problem from his house, so he drove to the office to help me. You won't find any better support than that...:)

Getting ready to install my 2nd razor next week. Without a doubt this has to be one of if not the best company I have ever recieved equipment and or service from.
