Kondor KL2 low pressure on one side.

Our Kondor Kl2 passenger side has very low pressure compared to the drivers side. Drivers side is a nice fan while the passenger side looks to have low pressure and just gloops out or just enough to make contact with the vehicle with no fan. We replaced our tips recently but it made no change. Trying to get any kinks out of the wash before the upcoming week as it it always a bust week for us with the 4th. This has happened twice in the past and to counter it we turned the pressure up which fixes it. I turned the pressure up again to fix it But we are just trying to find out the why to this problem.

on my saber I found a large rust ball at a 45 elbow near the pump going to hp hose it was hell to find and made no sense that the passenger side was showing low pressure and not so much on the drivers side I would take the hoses off and have a look at every steel fitting. in the end I found several chunks

Is it the same on high and low pressure functions? What is your output pressure? Is it the same as what you usually have? If you Have a restriction it should be higher than what you normally have it set at. So if you normally see a thousand pounds on your high pressure functions it should be higher if you have a restriction.
