Has anyone had the Karcher pump head modification done. There is a service bulletin out explaining the cause and the cure for head leakage problem on the Karcher pump. It gives the part nos. and installation directions. The parts and labor cost is to be reimbursted by Karcher. Service Bulletin no. is 2007-016.The pumps have to be prior serial-no.010196;prior production 2007. I was wondering about reimbursting time and procedure.
