Karcher automatics?

I do not know much about these autos, I am looking at buying a site that has two side by side karcher automatics. Can you tell me anything about these machines, really anything would help me out alot. Thank you!
 
There is a Karcher user group here with some good info. General response seems to be that while they do a good job washing, repairs and parts cost can be heart stopping. There had better be a good distributor located close by.
