Hi, we keep tricks to getting in the equipment closely guarded. Since you are a new member others will be hesitant to offer help. For best success Please post better evidence of proof of ownership such as more pictures of your machines you need to get into and the keys you currently have

Correct,
Nobody is gonna help you until you can really prove you own the place.

do your homework and find the old owner.

call him/her. introduce yourself and invite them out to lunch~your treat.

during the lunch, mention you have no keys. It's likely he has them. maybe he is kind and offers them to you. if not, offer him some money for them. $500 wouldn't be out of line, especially considering the time, effort and expense of re-keying everything.

Prove to me that you are actually the owner and I’ll help get your locks open and don’t post that information on the Forum. Send me a PM. This is guarded information.

I would agree with all of the above, seems very fishy. I would say more proof than pics of keys....Contacting former owner makes the best sense.

Honestly, we just hired a locksmith I took care of all the padlocks stuff I knew I can do, but I didn’t wanna break anything so we just bit the cost hoping to be open middle of February got a service tech coming out towards the end of the month

The photos look like its cold there! For your sake, I hope the Equipment Room was heated, winterized, and water shut off otherwise you're going to have a lot of damage?

With Randy's advice you could probably get it done faster than the locksmith will.

Yes, I've talked to a couple locksmiths and they did not know how to get into them easily.
Agreed. As soon as someone mentions drill bits, we know that they don't know how. One of the techs for my former distributor, (who had drilled out numerous locks during his tenure there), called me and asked how I got into them so quickly.
