Jobe Valve Topaz Float Valve Leaking

I've got a Topaz variant Jobe Float valve that control the inlet to my hot water reservoir for my self serve bays. It is leaking and I'm not sure what to do. I bought a diaphragm rebuild assembly and it had no affect. If I need to buy a new one, I want to make sure I get one recommended by the community here. Any advice?

If you lift up on the ball does the leaking stop? Try moving the ball down a little so it puts little more pressure on the diaphragm. If that doesn't work you might have to go to another type float valve.

Negative. Can't make it stop leaving.

You might want to consider a 1" Walters float valve https://www.kleen-ritecorp.com/p-2010-walters-float-valve-1-with-float.aspx Call whoever you bought the Jobe valve from and tell them it's defective if it's under warranty.

FWIW had the alters. Lasted about a year before it started leaking. Got a whole bunch of nuts to take apart to rebuild. Gone back to this. https://www.kleen-ritecorp.com/p-12901-573-hydrominder-float-valve-only-no-mounting-bracket.aspx Also last about a year . I keep a couple of rebuild kits and a spare on the shelf. Swap out the spare and re build.
