Stops in the middle of the tracts and says Drive motors have run too long. But there is no apparent reason for it to stop, nothing under the wheels etc. anyone else have a similar problem?

Do you have proxes that sense when the machine is 'home' or travelled rear to its limit (target)?
If so, these proxes can false sense and that will cause the machine to stop.
My side trac 700 had this issue; had one prox adjusted out too far and it was sensing the rail support beam as it travelled by it and would slow, stutter and do the funky chicken.
Or the travel count prox like was said.
