Jackpotting American changer.

I have an American AC-1005 changer w/Mars that has jackpotted at least twice and I am clueless as to what's wrong. Wierd thing is that it doesn't empty the machine completely. The first incidence that I am aware of it kicked out 70 tokens for a dollar when it should have only dispensed one. The machine was still almost completely full so I figured this may have been the first time it had happened. Of course, we couldn't reproduce the problem. I got a call yesterday from a customer saying that they had gotten 60 tokens more that they should have. Of course, since I am dispensing tokens I don't audit the machine so it could have happened more times than I am aware of. Anyone have a similar problem with one of these? What did you do to fix it?

Every time mine has done it american tells me the hopper is bad you have to replace the hopper. Once I replace the hopper and that doesn't fix it american tells me you have to replace the board because the board is bad.CONCLUSION, they don't know either.
