In you opinion from past experience, is it worth the money to rebuild these swivels or just play along with the disposable world we live in and chunk them for new ones?

we've had decent luck rebuilding the stainless ones, the brass ones we just toss. It's just an o-ring that needs replacing, backup ring is usually ok.
