I've sold about a dozen of these vendors and the biggest complaint was aleays, "You can't read the display." That was usually accompanied by words not suitable for small children. Wel it turns out that they have an updated display that you can actually read, even in direct light. I have no idea why they have been keeping this a secret. Must be some new kind of marketing strategy. You have to send in the controller and display and there is a cost involved, somewhere a little north of $300 if I remember right. But it makes all the difference in the world. The new people, including Pat Pearson, seem to be finally dealing with these issues.
