IVS combo vac motors not coming on.

You can put quarters in and timer counts down but nothing will come on. The compressor for the shampooer won't come on either. It's around a 2009 model. Anyone encountered this?

Because the timer outputs 24volts and the compressor runs on 120volts, it's probably a burned out relay.
