ISO 4/5-Way Push-Connect Tube Fitting

One end is either 1/4" male thread or 1/4" O.D. Tube. The opposite direction is 4-ports of 1/4: O.D. Tube. It's used as part of washbay overhead manifold. Reduces use of elbows and individual fittings.

Any idea where to get these? Thanks!!!
