I have a 2 month old one and I have to restart it at least once daily to get all the apps working. Should I just shoot it? Apple support sucks.

How have you contacted Apple support? - I have done online chats, phone calls and live visits at the store - and every single time they have straightened out my issue fast and with no problems - not matter how I contacted them.
