I am checking to see if anyone has had success with their utility company using the data from the ICA Water Usage Study in reducing the amount of wastewater billed due to evaporation and drive off? My utility company is willing to listen, but also would like to know what other utilities have supported this study. Any information is greatly appreciated. The ICA was only able to tell me to contact San Antonio, TX. I had hoped they had a database of utility companies that agreed with their study.
