What is the best way to implement express detail when combined with an IBA/SS car wash? For express polish, do I charge an express price plus the car wash? Do I hand wash in my SS bays first? Do I prep in SS bay then run through the IBA? Do I offer express services every day of the week?
What methods have others used? What has worked and what hasn't? I'd like to put this service in place in 2008, but only when it's been researched well enough. Thanks!
