IBA Pre-Soak not foaming.

We ran out of our normal Pre-Soak today. Now using AP Formulators Wash Master & it isn't foaming at all. Should we add a gallon or 2 of 3x foam to it? Will be 48 hrs before we can get a foam booster here, & next 48 hrs we should wash a LOT of cars. So, I don't wanna wait 48 hrs for foaming.
Or should I just bite the bullet, as our prep guys do the cleaning anyways, & wait on foam booster?

Wash Masters, by AP Formulators, is what we're using now
