It's about halfway down the first paragraph. I wonder if they will use this excuse during the CW convention.

I know that with higher gas prices rent a smaller car, and they are all out, and the counter people try to upgrade you to a bigger car, and when you get to lot you get a free upgrade as all the smaller cars are gone anyway. had this twice happen in florida recently. We will see how vegas works out.
