Folks, I have a Hydra-Cell D10 pump that won't pressure back up to 1000 psi after I put a complete rebuild kit in the fluid end. It was running rough before and I figured I had some trash in one of the valves, hence the rebuild kit, but it was pressuring to 1000 psi before. It currently is only going to 600 psi but is purring like a kitten with no cavitation.
Here is what I have tried;
New Unloader
New Nozzles
Burped the diaphrams for air in the oil
Check for any obstuctions, water supply
Belt Slippage
No loss of oil
Proper direction of spring cages
All parts in per manual
Soft start-up with gun off of hose to free flow water
Any suggestions are welcome
