Hydominder Backflowing into Concentrate container

What would be causing one of my Hydrominders to backfeed into the concentrate container? Thanks

Put a hole in the fill tube between the bottom of the eductor body and the top of the liquid in the tank. You have a siphon.

Combination of bad foot valve and no siphon breaker. I you have a 511 it has a siphon breaker. If you have a 506 you don't have a siphon breaker , and have to drill a hole as Dan mentioned above.

As mentioned , You also have a bad foot valve

Hole should be below the yellow restriction ring also
