cross-market with the lube.
get
fleet accounts by sending out promo pieces then following up with a phone call.
try express detail/aftercare services.
create a website with all the above info and pricing as well as pictures and a bio.
be on-site, friendly and attentive.
get the local driving schools to use the wash with the students (plant the seeds for the future drivers to wash w/you).
