I have been wanting to get into the SS business for awhile now, and recently saw a wash come up for sale near me. It is on a major road, in a medium sized city. It is a 3 bay, with an auto bay. The IBA is super old, not sure on the model or anything, but it is old and doesn't work super well. as for the regular bays, they just have a foam brush and HP wand, but both work well. I see a lot of potential in this wash and I would really like to acquire it. What is the bests way to approach the owner, and to inquire about possible owner financing? Any suggestions on how to get started would be greatly appreciated!!
