Hot/Cold Mix on LP Pump?

I keep my water for production at 120F. Should I run the hot valve wide open and the cold valve closed that feeds the presoak pump?

I shut these off a while back to do a repair and it dawned on me that I need nice hot presoak, esp. in cold weather.

How do you mix your hot/cold to the l.p. pump on your IBA for applying the presoak?

I have a hot water line that feeds the hydrominder on the mixing tank. There also is a watlow heater screwed into this tank that is set at 120f.

Ditto - feed the tank with hot and use an immersion heater to keep it up to temperature.
