Help Needed: Solenoid Valve Replacement, 24V

I have an older Futura system that I bought used. Specialty Equipment makes them. For some reason, they are not answering their phones. Did they shut down??

Problem: For one of the units, the solenoid that turns the cold water on is dead. It is a 24V valve. I need help in finding a new one. What type of valve is it and where to buy it from. There is a valve for the hot and a separate one for the cold water.

That is just a hot/cold washing machine solenoid, you should be able to get one at any supply house. Actually, all you probably need is the coil.
