Just heard Obama will be awarded the Heisman trophy because he watched a college football game.

More rational than the Nobel Political Prize rationale.

Maybe the guys that clean his motorcade will win Car Wash of the year this year too!

That's if they haven't already picked a winner from Rio de Janeiro.
