Heater in WashSelect 2

I have three Wash Select 2s and I don't think any of the heaters are working. It appears that there are three parts to the heating system: a thermostat, a fan, and a heater assembly. Should I order and replace all three parts? Is there a part that is the frequent failure point?

Any tips before I open everything up to check it out?

automation direct sells enclosure heaters if you want a whole new unit. You basically need to test each component by applying voltage and see does the fan spin, does the element heat etc and does the stat turn off and on.
