Hi all. Does anyone do yearly concrete maintenance on their heated self bay, iba floors and heated Outskirt floors? We have a few cracks that are slowly getting wider (wash was built in 2009). We live in the northeast winters, but wondering if others fix the cracks as needed or do continued costly yearly maintenance (salt guard) on their concrete?
