IF you a owner Knew of your General Manager having criminal Harresment against him/her what would you do? And if you knew who was doing it.
 
You need to be a little clearer. Is your GM being/been charged with harrassment or is he/she the victim? Is it sexual or something different?
 
If you live in a right to work state and you think it could become a problem just let them go. You don't need a reason so don't give them one.
 
I've started to do more complete backround checks on employees, even looking at workers comp claims.
