Has anyone implemented the Hamilton Mobile App? We are looking at Hamilton Mobile App (basically a custom app with our branding) vs. Everwash (generic app) for our monthly program.
The Hamilton system will seamlessly work with our Goldlines (a plus) although we need to add barcode scanners to both paystations. We will own the customer relationship with our branded app and fees are constant per month regardless of membership numbers. Everwash is a generic pay for performance program that was already in place with the wash we purchased. Has not been a smooth system as it currently relies upon a database of wash codes although they say they have a new system that integrates directly into the Goldline paystation.
Is anyone successfully using the Hamilton Mobile App?
Is anyone successfully using the new Everwash system that doe not rely on wash codes being loaded into their backroom operation?
