Hamilton HTK after hours support?

how do i get a hold of someone at Hamilton to get support on a weekend? have a HTK that has it's controller not responding and rebooting every few minutes. i have not a clue as to why.
 
Tech support has someone there every Saturday from 7am to 3pm Eastern time. 1-800-837-5561
